Demos · the AI assistant
Fixing a 25-storey complex in plain English.
A real session on an irregular podium-and-twin-tower model (28,185 equations), played back sped up. The engineer types four requests; the assistant runs the checks, adds shear walls, rescales the spectrum and shows the result.
Complex buildings
Irregular, not symmetric, not a textbook example.
A three-level L-shaped podium carrying two towers: a 25-storey core-wall tower with a setback, and a 16-storey slab tower rotated 20° off the grid on a 900 mm transfer slab. Built, analysed and checked in Keystone.
Orbit of the model, then its first mode (T₁ = 2.8 s) from an 18-mode Ritz analysis.

Level 8 plan: rotated tower with end and spine walls beside the core-wall tower.

Core-wall F22 under EQX with accidental eccentricity.
28,185equations, about 9 s in the browser on a laptop
3 diaphragmspodium plus one per tower
20°rotated tower on a transfer slab
